I led the design of Microsoft’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Report for the three consecutive years. This highly visible publication required careful management of complex data, coordination across numerous stakeholders, and alignment with Microsoft’s executive leadership team. I developed and executed the design, ensuring clarity and consistency across extensive data visualizations and narrative content. To meet Microsoft’s accessibility standards, I implemented accessible design practices in Adobe InDesign, building logical reading structures, tagging elements, and adjusting color and contrast to support an inclusive reading experience.
